Pantone's Colour of the Year 2019

I used to be an art director, so I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to colour. When I found out that the Pantone Colour of the Year 2019 is 16-1548 TPG, I couldn’t quite believe it because the colour is coral. (Technically it’s called Living Coral.) Now everywhere I go I can’t stop seeing the colour. I think it’s a good omen for my new book, The True Colours of Coral Glen, which is out on July 4th. Here is a secret nobody knows about my character’s name – I named her after a street in a small village on the west coast of Scotland. I’d walk my dog along it all the time and thought it was such a beautiful name, I decided to pinch it. Hopefully the colour coral is going to prove lucky for me this year!
